Hi,

I'm Johan from Holland, I'm 22 and I study Commercial Economics.
I have a D16Z6 powered EG5, which I have modified quite a lot.
I bought it back in 2004 from the first owner, bonestock.

Former setup:
D16Z6
COMP 59300 cam
Edelbrock IM
H23 60mm TB, the IM opening is 2mm larger
AN-R header
custom 2.25" exhaust
No P/S or A/C
D15B2 crank pulley

Stripped interior and other useless stuff like wipers, weight of the car is now under 900kg instead of 985kg

185/60/13 Toyo R888, soon to be replaced with 205/60/13


I'm going to change A LOT this winter, project drag '09 consists of:

rebuilding the entire engine
fitting ITB's
developing/building/testing a new header and exhaust
experimenting with different types of fuel
mapping with Ectune
losing some more weight
trying to improve aerodynamics

My goal is to build and drive the fastest NA D16 in Holland, maybe even in Europe.

D16Z6 head, heavily ported and milled, combustionchambers reworked etc
Custom cam, pretty wild specs
Skunk2 valvesprings
COMP retainers
Supertech 0.5mm oversize BN valves

D16Z6 block
P29 75.5mm pistons by YCP
stock rods with ARP bolts
ARP headstuds
stock crankshaft, some work done to it
ACL Race bearings
modified stock oil pump
modified stock waterpump

Edelbrock Performer X intake manifold
H23 60TB
Hondata gasket

Custom APE header (my own design)
Custom APE exhaust system
Kakimoto rear muffler

D16Z6 S20 gearbox
Gear X 3.083 1st gear
stock 2nd
D16A9 3rd and 4th gear
stock 5th
Gear X 4.7 Final Drive

This is just the beginning, when it runs properly the intake will be swapped for ITB's.
I'm also looking into sleeving another D16 I got here laying around, to take it to a 80mm bore. That will be something for 2010 though.
