Hallo an alle Mitglieder!!!!!Ich habe ein großes Problem,das Auto hat 96.000km,und während der Entnahme von Gas(Engine brake) ich hören ein seltsames Geräusch...Ob jemand ein ähnliches Problem gehabt?Um 10 Sekunden in dem Video zu hören ist..(Sorry über die schlechte Wörterbuch)

Hallo,

is it an JDM or EUDM CTR? My first idea would be to check all heat shields. First the shield on right side, directly to the drive shaft.

Hope in english is better/okay? :D ;)

EUDM CTR EP3,2004..All Heat shields I have checked,all bearing in the transmision are changed..(OEM)...

Not enough oil? Sounds like a bearing. Or the backlash is too great on Diefferential

:-/Everything is measured and all the tolerances are ok,the old bearings are also ok,I have also put ES inerts..Whether someone has had problems with a half shaft bearing?Maybe he making that noise? Really do not know what to do...

Bei mir tönt das ähnlich nicht ganz so extrem, am meisten im 2. und 3. Gang. War schon bei mehreren :). Jedoch keiner was genau gefunden.

I don't think so. You will not be able to get it in boxes. But why don't you use an other oil like Castrol etc.?

Maybe if you'll take some empty bottles with you the dealer will refill it with MTF. ;)

Okay, great. And what happend now? Is the gearbox fixed? Has the noise gone?
What did you pay for one bottle MTF?

15 Eur 1L,the noise is still there..:-/,How much does it cost a set of spark plugs for K20 in Germany(Honda dealer)?

Just look at AJR Performance for a set of spark plugs. Or order them in England. The price is much better!!!

No mate,I'll just replace the halfshaft bearing and that's it,I have a lot of money spent, and nothing has changed..

wah, same here, same here, man...i've replaced/checked nearly each possible part, but there's no improvement till now...can you give me a short update after changing the halfshaft bearing, please

No problem..which parts you have changed?Gearbox bearings?
