OK, here's the lowdown on the dyno yesterday.
First off we ran on just the blower. Results were a bit of a letdown. Only made a max of 8psi of boost, seems that the poor little M62 is just running out of gas. In the end we only made 340whp /260tq @ 7800 on just the blower. Next time we have some things to work on to try to get that number up but there is the distinct possibility that the m62 has done all it can which means turbo time is near. The stock tensioner is also holding things back some, it seems to hold the belt, but gets squirrley after 8000rpm. In particular when we let off the gas it looked like it wanted to jump off, not good so we limited revving to 8700rpm even though the engine can rev higher.

Next off we tried nitrous, first the small stage (0.32 jet, just over a 35 shot, spraying into the CAI), this boosted the hp to 397whp, pretty good gaining almost 60whp from such a small shot. Next we tried the bigger shot (.042, just over a 75 shot, spraying directly into the manifold). This was the next issue, this produced only about 80whp, and the engine did not sound happy, we belive that the single jet in the manifold has distribution issues (something to think about for those guys thinking about water/methonl into the blower manifold!!). Just for grins we did run a staged dual shot, this produced our best of 487whp / 418wtq. Last thing was replacing the .032 jet with a .048 jet and disabling the 0.42 shot. This produced an impressive 480whp/451wtq.

Lessons learned:
Tensioner needs improvement, two possible solutions, CT tensioner or Joe's relocation mod. I'll also try a 3.15" pulley to see if we are simply driving the blower too hard.

Induction, we'll try some things to help the blower breath better.

Nitrous in the blower manifold looks good on paper, but engines can't read the paper. Both stages will be located in the CAI (.048 & 0.35), this should yield about 550whp alone.

So here's the dyno results:
Yellow = Just the blower
Dark Blue = dual stage nitrous
Cyan = single .048 jet in CAI.

Only got 2 runs in Sunday (lots of on track destruction), but the first was the best:
11.0 @ 131.8 *Video : http://www.5150rsx.com/images/fontana_1-14-07.wmv

I'm a little embarassed but here's my 2nd run, it'll give you an idea what it's like to trap 130 in an RSX.
But since I smoked the tires in 1st, and missed 3rd so I only ran a 11.5 @ 129.94.
