OEM JDM K20a DC5 engine!

Hello guys,
Engine is in really good condition.
85k miles milage, oil changed every 5000miles, running on motul X-Cess 5w50. Going to sell it cause want to buy K20a2 and put forged internals, and turbo my DC5.

Gearbox isnt for sale.
Flywheel to, but clutch can be sold, its oem honda, bought brand new by me, and make less than 10k miles.

Price include:
Intake manifold with throttle body and all of sensors
Engine block with all sensors (never opened engine)
Exhaust manifold OEM with Catalytic converter.
AC Compressor
Alternator

Engine is pretty fine mapped for 238HP for oem engine with intake + catback, i can add additional map for simillar/same setup.

Intake and whole exhaust can be sold too.
Intake: Fujita SRI with hydroshield
Exhaust: 2.5 inch and rear which is custom made.

I got gauges so never reving engine high when engine is cold. Oil pressure at 1000RPM is about 2.3bar, at 2500RPM hit about 6bar and hold it to rev limiter.
