Sorry that I have to dissapoint you but the EF8 seats are half-leather ones!
Theese ones came from the EDM ED9...
And why the hell has it pre facelift tail lights? The car is from 91 you said and the front also looks like a facelift model...? Or did you do that due to the look of theese ones?
But the red color looks ok so far for a 16 year old car...

Damn i thought those were the EF8/EE8 seats, those are the ones i've seen sold as the JDM EF8 seats in the states.
Not sure about the tail lights, one of the previous owners must of done that.

Taillights are from the 88-89 model ED Civic, you can tell because of the white lensens for the back-up lights.
